MANAVJYOT’S INSPIRATIKON IN KUTCH SELFLESSLY SERVING, MERCIFUL MOTHER MANIBAI PRAGJI MAHESHVARI
Matushri Manibai Pragji Maheshvari, herself was serving food both the times in morning and evening with affection to lunatics wondering in Bhuj City. Since 1980 Pujya Ba started these services from Darbargadh Chowk. In these services Pujya Ba was not only giving food but also gave them bath and groomed them as if they were her own children. Ba was serving food to lunatic people of all ages by rickshaw at Darbargadh,Pareshwar Chowk to Dhingeshwar Mahadev Temple, Satyanarayan Temmple and Mahadev Gate. All the lunatics were taking their meal with love, affection and peace. Ba was fulfilling their other demand s also, such as some time any lunatic demand hot or cold beverages, Ba was fulfilling their demands by obtaining these things from nearest hotel. These lunatics were having affection for Manima as if she was their own MOTHER. Ba herself was cooking food for these lunatics and her daughter-in-law Jayshriben was assisting her in this work. Thus in 1980 Manima ignited the flame of ‘MANAVJYOT’ IN Bhuj. At that time on every Sunday Rameshbhai Maheshwari, son of Manima was regularly assisting her in serving food to lunatics. Ba continued this service till end of her life. Inspired by good deeds of Ba, to-day MANAVJYOT in Bhuj serves nutritious, hygienic and delicious food to these lunatics at their shelters. Today also these services to humanity is continue in Bhuj. Through the medium of ‘MANAVJYOT’, service to humanity is rendered today also by both the brothers Shri Rameshbhai Maheshwari and Shri Sureshbhai Maheshwari.
