Various Services and activities being done by the Manavjyot Institution, Bhuj

  • Funeral Rites of 331 Unclaimed dead bodies have been performed.
  • 325 wandering and mentally ill and handicap persons have been sent to their homes with proper care.
  • 5610 persons have been given bus and train fares for tickets and sent them at their homes, with due care.
  • 219 females have been saved and sent back to their homes.
  • 19 Newly born infants were found & received, and out of them 9 were saved, and other 10 child were received in dead condition.
  • 156 Missing children were discovered who were rejoined with family with due care.
  • 233 handicap persons have been give Tricycles.
  • 240 widowed women have been given Sewing Machine.
  • 104 old aged persons have been sent to their houses after search, with due cure.
  • 36 womens have been saved from Committing Suicide.
  • 48 dead bodies of female, male, young man and young women were removed from the pond by the Institution personnel.
  • During the hottest Season of Summer, 12000 earthen water vessels for the birds are distributed every year water arrangement has been done.
  • 6 thousand small and protected sparrow houses for sparrows, are distributed every year. Such nice sparrow houses will be seen everywhere in every houses.
  • For stopping the blame of plastic bags and Zabla, seen every where on roads etc places, 12 thousand cloth bags are distributed, for saving the life of Cows
  • 60 mentally ill and handicap persons wandering here and there in city of Bhuj are served two times meal at the place of their abode where they resides, with proper management.
  • 100 aged and supportless persons living Solitary life in Bhuj are served with Tiffin Services at their houses irrespective of their caste creed or Sect and community.
  • More and more tree plantations are done. Seeds of Limbedi is sown.
  • The left over of cooked food of the function/party is being sent at the place of poor person’s huts/zopda. About 2 lacs such poors get benefit of this food every year.
  • The little childrens who engaged themselves in collecting paper-pasti, plastic, Bhngar(Scrap) after entering into big dustbins, and then the said materials is sold by them by which they earn about Rs. 20 to 30 and help their Parivar, said lot of child labourers are imparted knowledge of reading and writing. The said childrens are given said knowledge in two schools, of the Institution and then they are admitted in govt, schools such child labourers are discovered with great pain and imparted such primary knowledge. 150 child labourers are learning the lesson of reading/writing in 2 schools.
  • More than three hundred water storage kundi of big size are arranged and kept at various places of the city. Cows drink water from it in hot season.
  • More than 3050 vessels of cement of small size for keeping water have been placed and kept for the drinking water for animals in hot days.
  • Grass is given to the cows, grains is given to the birds, Rotla to dogs, flour to fishes, including Kidiyara (flour is spread at Ant’s hole)
  • Unutilised medicines is collected. 50 patients are give medicine free of charge every day through Manavjyot drug Bank.
  • Tarpaulin are distributed to the people residing in huts /zopda are distributed before start of monsoon period.
  • Blankets are distributed to the cold affected people curing the beginning period of winter season. The people sleeping at open place during night hours are given blankets for covering their body.
  • Shoes and chapples are given to the children wandering on road without foot wear in hottest heat.
  • Buttermilk is distributed to the labourers during hot summer period-every day.
